USB 3.2 Gen 1 CAT Extender

Does UE03H require a power adapter? Or can it be powered by a computer?

Only the Device end (Rx) requires power. The Host end (Tx) can be powered by the computer's USB.

What is the USB transfer rate?

UE03H supports up to 5Gbps bidirectional transfer on both the Device and Host ends. It can transmit Web Cam data on the Device end and connect USB flash drives.

Does the USB-C support DP ALT mode for audiovisual transmission?

No, UE03H does not support DP ALT mode. However, audiovisual transmission can be achieved through DisplayLink devices. You can find DisplayLink devices and install the required drivers on your computer to enable this functionality.

Does it support audiovisual transmission via DisplayLink devices?

While UE03H doesn't support DP ALT mode, our tests confirm its compatibility with DisplayLink devices. You'll need a DisplayLink converter and to install the required drivers on your computer to convert USB signals to audiovisual signals. You can then connect it to a remote HDMI screen for viewing. For latency, refer to the specifications of the DisplayLink device.

Does the USB Host end provide power?

Yes, the Host end can provide power via USB-A or USB-C to connected devices, with a specification of 5V/1.5A. However, it does not support QC/PD specifications.

HDMI to 12G-SDI / 12G-SDI to HDMI Compact Converter

Is the converter backward compatible in terms of resolutions?

Yes, the converter is backward compatible with resolutions such as 12G-SDI and 3G-SDI. You can find the supported resolutions in the spec sheet.

Does the converter support up/down frequency conversion?

No, this series of converters does not support up/down frequency conversion. Therefore, the resolution of the source and the display need to be compatible.

4K HDMI Daisy-Chain Extender

How many devices can HE03L-4K connect to at most?

HE03L-4K can connect to a maximum of 250 devices, spanning 2.5km.
